Bought a helium balloon and it half deflated before I got home 10 mins away. Lady was very unhelpful saying she would charge extra to top it up! First time I ever used that shop. Won't be going there again! What a disappointing experience :(

Parking was great .Directly outside.Staff so helpful and friendly despite bringing my own balloons as they were not available in their shop.Don't hesitate in using a service with high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

Very poor service. The lady was very rude and she got so grumpy when my duaghter was touching a balloon. Cant a kid enter a kid's shop without a lady staring at her. Would never come here again.

We’ve always had a really great experience with The Party Team in Wembley. Their attention to detail is excellent making for a successful event. We’ve done two gender reveals through the party team and they were true professionals on each occasion. Bree was really helpful even at short notice. Highly recommend to anyone for any event!
