Party store

Being Christmas time my partner knows how much I love LUSH, he wanted to get me something from a store I love. He walked in and was asked if he needed any help, he requested a bit of help as he wanted to surprise me and get me something different to what I usually get. The lady who offered help asked him who he was shopping for, My partner told her who he was shopping for and told her he was happy to go with what ever she recommended as long as it did not contain lavender as I am severely allergic to lavender. I open my one of my gifts from him today being a Christmas candy box and pull out the little card thing that tells you what’s in the box and have a read, to my surprise I read that the snow man bath bomb contains lavender oil and that resulted in me having an allergic reaction upon opening the box, I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes it’s hard to know what’s in every product and every gift box, but I feel like there is a lack of care or maybe a little bit more training was needed. I love LUSH but it caused me to spend Christmas Day recovering from an allergic reaction rather than spending it with my family and friends.

Never finish shopping in an hour at spotlight. Price wise, manu discounts for member and good quality for towels and quilt cover set. Def will come back!

Went in today to get some stuff. The next counter girl asked the other client to sign in for VIP but the lady in mine did not asked me to signup. She was so grumpy. Does not know to deal with a customer.

We hired a picnic for 6-10 people and the set up was AMAZING, Jenna was so wonderful and organized. 10/10 would recommend to anyone ☺️☺️☺️

Good selection of costume at reasonable prices with a range of accessories and contact lenses to go with them. Great for Halloween or any other costume supplies you might need.The only improvement I could suggest is for them to increase their range of the higher end costumes i.e. ($80-120 range as opposed to $40-80). This would really see them compete with Hurly Burly

After being a loyal customer for 9 years & spending thousands of dollars with them I have found the customer care skydive when I needed to cancel one order. I was told I couldn't as they'd inflated my balloons 2 days before my party. Most places offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. What upset me the most was the sales persons appalling attitudes & rudeness as there is no reason or excuse for it. I will never purchase from this shop again & have found that the cost is double what you'd pay from Big W & other local party outlets despite them being the exact same brands of party wear & balloons. Very nice people while you are spending money but the customer service stops there & that's a true test of a good place to buy. Avoid avoid avoidEdit:The balloons had already started to deflate by Saturday so we felt doubley ripped off!I ended up buying a number 10 from Big W for my daughter at a later date for half the price & it lasted for weeks! Hmmmmmm go figure! I’ve already referred over a dozen people to Big W who are enjoying the lower prices, oh & the staff are very accommodating & not at all rude like at Party Plus

Very expensive balloons.. they started deflating during the party and we hadn’t even touched them - I bought them a few hours before. Quite disappointed, especially knowing how much they cost.

Needed some adult tutus for a fairy party, I am a large size 14 would not recommend to anyone bigger than size 14 very small adult sizes.Lady serving didn't seem to be enjoying her day hopefully her poor customer service was a once off.
